Set up email on iPhone or iPad

Learn how to set up your Professional Email account on the mail app that came on your iPhone or iPad. Then you can send and receive business emails from your phone.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi and tap the toggle button to turn it off.

  3. Tap the Settings button to go back to the Settings screen.
  4. On the Settings screen, tap the Accounts & Password option.

  5. Tap Add Account.

  6. Tap Other.

  7. Tap Add Mail Account.

  8. Enter your account details, and tap Next.

  9. Tap IMAP.
  10. Under New Account, in the Incoming Mail Server section enter:
    • Host name as "mail.secureserver.net"
    • Your Professional email User Name and Password
  11. In the Outgoing Mail Server section enter:
    • Host name as "smtpout.secureserver.net"
    • Your Professional email User Name and Password

  12. Tap Next. Your mobile device will begin verifying your settings. This may take several minutes.
  13. Tap Save.
  14. Turn your wifi back on in the Settings screen.
  15. Tap Mail to open the app.
  16. To test your account, compose an email and send it to yourself. Reply to that message, to make sure your outgoing server works.
